Revealed: the Amazing Secret That Mlm Companies Don’t Want You to Know

Hello, fellow network marketers. How’s it going today? Are we all positive and hopeful about our futures? Or are we frustrated? David and I used to be VERY frustrated. We’ve been trying to make MLM work for years. We tried four or five different companies over the years and each time we’d start a New Mlm we were sure THIS was the one. The products were great (everybody needed them), the compensation plan was great, and the leaders were making lots of money. We saw pictures of their mansions and their Ferraris. And of course, it always made sense to us that if we could just sponsor 3 who would sponsor 3 who would sponsor 3, we’d be rich in no time. We just needed to find the right 3 people.

But, naturally, we never could find those right 3. And when we didn’t, our sponsors would tell us to make another list of 100 people and they made it seem like it was our fault, that we hadn’t worked hard enough or we were doing something wrong. But you know what? The 3 x 3 x 3 system doesn’t work! It NEVER has and it never WILL! In the 40+ years of MLM there isn’t ONE documented case where a network marketer has signed up 3 people who have signed up 3 who have signed 3 and so forth and made the type of income MLM companies promise. Not ONE!

Now maybe 40 years ago those who started MLM companies really thought that would work, and maybe it did work for a while. But, after 40+ years of failure, today’s MLM companies know that it doesn’t but they keep feeding us the same malarkey. Why would they do that? Because it works for them and the few leaders at the top. Your failure guarantees their success.

Studies show that the average newbie in any MLM lasts 90 days. When he or she doesn’t start to make that promised fortune, he or she quits. But, three things happen in that 90 days that benefits the company and the top 5% of distributors. First, the newbie spends hundreds if not thousands of dollars on products, training tools, and company literature. The sponsor and the company make bucks off the newbie.

Secondly, the average newbie recruits 2.5 new distributors. What happens to YOUR recruits if you quit? They move up a level and now belong to your sponsor. If your sponsor quits, they move up another level. They can eventually move all the way up into the direct downline of the company leaders. That’s how they build a huge downline. Through your efforts, not theirs.

About this time you’re probably saying,” but when I quit, my downline eventually quits too”. That’s true but the same statistics apply to your downline. Each will stick around for 90 days or so, spend hundreds of dollars and recruit an average of 2.5 new distributors. After 5 generations of this type of recruiting due to your initial efforts, your sponsor now has 244.14 new distributors without doing a lick of work himself and you are long gone. Each of these newbies is now spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on products, training videos, and supplies. THIS is one of the most important secrets MLM companies and their top distributors don’t want YOU to know.

The third part of this secret is that 17% of those who join any mlm continue to use the products or services even when they quit being distributors. This is how the company builds its customer base without spending a dime of their own money on advertising. They are spending your money instead of theirs.

Choosing a Good Mlm Company for Your Business

One of the important things you need to consider when you look into Network Marketing is choosing a good MLM company. There are many companies out there but not all of them are legal and above board. Some are run by rank amateurs others by unscrupulous scammers. However not all are bad and you will need to be able to differentiate between them here are some points to help you research the MLM company before you begin.


1. Check out the company: when choosing a good MLM company it is wise to do your research into the actual company. Are they a solid strong company that is well established? Do they have a good reputation? You can check out their credentials on the forums, and Google search. They should also have an about us page describing their company.


2. Do they have good training? It is important for any company that you join to provide good training. This will not only help you but your team members. Leads will be more inclined to join your opportunity if there is good training available. They will feel confident that the company wants them to succeed and be more inclined to join. You will also feel better working for a company that cares about their members.


3. Do they have good reliable support? A good company will have an easy way to contact them. They will offer a web form, and a phone number. When you call them you should not just get sent to a recording but are able to talk with a live person. Some companies even offer live help. The more ways they have to contact them the better it is and the more confident you will feel about them.


4. Commissions: Be sure that there is a good system for getting your commission. Ideally you should be able to get compensated 3 ways. One for selling product, secondly for recruiting team members and thirdly a bonus for getting a certain amount of team members or selling a certain amount of product. Be sure to read all the fine print about this, as this area can be a little confusing and some companies do not pay well.


5. Products: Never join a company that emphasizes recruiting only and has no real product. Companies that rely on recruiting alone are known as pyramid schemes. You will be very unlikely to make any money on these. Besides they are illegal in many states in the USA and also in a lot of countries. You do not want to get in trouble with the law for just a little money. It is important to like your company’s products and feel proud to sell them. You will often recruit team members by selling product to them and if they like the product they will also feel good about selling it to others.


With these few points you will find it easier to choose a good MLM company. Do your research well and read everything you can before you sign up. If possible sign up for free and check the company out before you pay any of your hard earned money.

Internet Network Marketing - Why You Need A Website

It’s obvious that if you don’t have a website then it’s going to be pretty tough to do business online. And I’m going to briefly tell you why the company provided website will never work to build your business online.

The company provided website is useful as a tool to educate your
prospects once you have already captured their information and they are in your campaign. That’s about it.
The reason why you need your own website is because you HAVE to position yourself as different from everyone else. Otherwise, what reasons do people have to join you?

Remember the reasons why people would join you in your business? How
different are you if you go and enter your name in a form to get the same website everyone else and their uncle has?
You’re not very different. Furthermore, those websites are not capture pages. They do not generate leads. Make no mistake, the most important thing to grow and expand your business is to constantly be generating new leads. Endless leads means endless business growth. When you discover how you can create endless leads at will, you created a system that will produce you endless money at will.

Hands down, that is the essence of what network marketing is about. It’s all about the leads. So the reason why most company specific pages don’t work is because:

1. They are terrible at generating leads. They have poor lead conversion
rates.

2. They are mass duplicated systems, meaning everyone knows they are
basically going to get the same thing. They are going to opt in and get the same boring emails about the company’s financial history, the market trends, and the same stuff they hear from every other company.

1. A squeeze page. A squeeze page is a website that is 100% created with the purpose of doing nothing other then capturing a lead. It is meant to squeeze a person’s information in the quickest and most effective way possible. Squeeze pages are well oiled funnels that lead a person directly to the desired action you want them to take. In this case, it is leaving their contact information in exchange for the information they want from you.

2. A content page. A content page is more like your typical full blown website. A content page is generally less productive at converting leads, but very useful for many reasons none the less. In particular when it comes to generating a certain type of traffic which I will be talking about later on. Not only that but you can load your content page with all sorts of ways to capture people’s emails and generate opt ins. Once you have the traffic…the possibilities are endless.

In order to do internet network marketing successful I suggest you personally create both of these different types of websites. Your priority however, is absolutely on a squeeze page.

If you just had a squeeze page, you could still get by A LOT better, but a full blown content website comes in very handy on the back end of your campaign. A content website is essential for one other task, and that is Search Engine Optimization. Search Engine Optimization is a term that stands for your website being ranked highly in the major search engines. Since search engines are getting very competitive now a days, the only way sites get ranked very highly at all is by having
LOTS of relevant and targeted information.

A squeeze page would never do it. So if you want to take total advantage of the internet to build a network marketing organization, I recommend tackling both of these website projects and utilizing all of it to its fullest potential.
