The Benefits of Maintaining Your Body’s Healthy pH Level

Functions which are affected with your pH level are blood flow, cell function, fat accumulation, and bone density.

The smoothness of our body’s blood flow is determined by the electrical charge that is coated on each individual red blood cell. Each red blood cell is assigned a negative charge so that they will not attract each other, similar to what two magnets with similar poles do when you put them together. When your blood’s pH level goes down, it means your blood has become acidic. What acidity does to your red blood cells is that it strips off that charge in each red blood cell; making the individual red blood cell stick together, forming clumps that make blood flow slower. Slower blood flow means lesser oxygen going to your body, dropping your performance.

If your blood is acidic its pH level is low, but if it is more alkaline, your pH level is high, if your blood has a higher pH level, that means you have a higher threshold of hydrogen ions. The presence of hydrogen ions halts muscle function, and the more that you have in your body, the more your muscle is bound to work slowly. Having a higher blood pH level means that your blood can accommodate more hydrogen ions before it begins to spread into the muscles and make it stop working. This means, that you can burn more energy while requiring less oxygen, allowing your body to tolerate the production of lactic acid more and enabling your body to perform things longer.

Hence, if you want you’re an athlete who needs a boost or just a normal individual longing to increase your body’s performance, it is important that you watch for your body’s pH level. You can do this by taking a simple saliva test that can be done with some acid paper strips which can be bought at local drugstores.

Acidity in your body also destroys cells and makes you fat. Your body reacts very defensively at the presence of acids, since, as I have said earlier, it affects how your body functions. Rising acidity is harmful to the vital information storage centers in your cells, the RNA, which if occurs makes it possible for mutations, toxicity or even cancer to develop. When this threat is apparent, what your body does is to coat your cells with fatty tissues just to shield it from rising blood acidity, making you need more fat. So the more your blood becomes acidic, the more you become fat.

Rising blood acidity also lowers your bone density. The body tries so hard to regulate the body’s ph level that it releases buffers to counter that acidity. Releasing buffers into the body is a good thing, but, how the body does it is not good for the bones. Each and every time your pH level drops, which means rising acidity levels, the body uses the calcium in your bones as buffers to maintain that crucial level of pH 7.4! This eventually lowers you bone density making you prone to osteoporosis and weak bone structure.

I am not talking about Multi-Level-Marketing Schemes or that get rich over night crap I am talking about real jobs with reputable companies!
I am not looking for scams that require any money up front to seem bogus job opportunities

All these people who posted here so far are basically the scams you didn’t want to be involved with.

From personal experience, I never heard of a legit “work at home” job. The only one I know of is that of my uncle who works for a newspaper company as an editor… but I would consider that “taking the work home”.

In my book, the only legit work at home job is growing fruits in your backyard to sell to grocery stores, hand-made quilts, etc… the old fashion way. Hope this helps.

In continuation of Free Laser Guided, Targeted Traffic this article will build on the tactics suggested in its prequel. One free way to reach out to your prospects is by blasting emails. Email addresses can be acquired via many methods including but not limited to capture pages, pre-existing mailing lists or acquisitions. Emailing is free and can even be automated to leverage time. When using this method it’s extremely important to keep in mind the difference between spamming and informing so be sure to keep your practices ethical, tasteful and reasonably timed.

Next, submitting your site to search engines is a great way to expose your content. Search engines are where everyone turns to when they’re seeking specific content and it’s in your best interest to submit your site to their directories in order for your content to be displayed in search results. This can be a tedious, ongoing process but could prove fruitful in the long run. Also, results can be delayed when using this practice as search engines typically take about 6 weeks to index your content. Doing this on your own is at no cost typically and there are even companies that will do this on your behalf at a cost so there are options to consider.

Creating a sitemap for your site is also beneficial, as a sitemap will help in summarizing your content so that it requires less of an effort for an engine to crawl and index your entire site. A sitemap can almost be compared to an index or table of contents in a book as it serves a similar purpose in presenting a summed up version of the information contained within the site. You can build one manually or you can have one created for you free of charge by a site such as www.xml-sitemaps.com. Once created, just upload it and you’re set.

Meta Tags or Meta Keywords are also very important for your SEO and traffic efforts. These are words built into the header of the source code that basically sum up or provide information indicating the content found on that specific site. Choose your Meta Tags carefully and accurately as unrelated tags are considered spamming and can even have a negative impact on your progress. Also, repeat or excess Meta Tags can be detrimental so pay close attention to how clean you organize collection of keywords and phrases. Related words found in the visible body of your site are also important and should closely resemble what appears in your header. Using keywords in the body of the site also requires precision as inaccurate words are considered spamming. Additionally, search engines and crawlers can detect contrast between text and background color so setting your text color to match your background color and flooding your site with “invisible” keywords is not a beneficial practice. Keep in mind the body must be consistent with the header.

Business cards are also a great way to bring more visitors to your site. Setting them out on a table or handing them out costs nothing and there are even sites like www.vistaprint.com that will print your business cards for free. A business card should be a professional representation of your services and should provide as many methods of contact as possible to ensure an open line of communication between you and your prospects.

Flyers are also a great way to expose and market your services. Again, setting them out or posting them costs nothing and there are sites such as www.clubflyers.com that will print them free of charge for you. Many debate whether or not it’s beneficial to market internet products in physical forms such as cards or flyers as opposed to electronically such as ads or blogs but you’ll still receive exposure at no or minimal cost so, why not?

The next method of driving traffic is somewhat free. If you’re already getting a consistent flow of traffic you can actually sell ad or banner space to potential advertisers. These advertisers should be in your niche industry but should not be a direct competitor. For example, if you’re selling bicycles you may want to consider selling ad space to a bicycle repair or cycling apparel site but you don’t want another bike dealer on your page. You can then take what you’ve earned from your ad slots and put it towards Pay per clicks, or PPC’s. As long as your PPC campaign doesn’t result in expenses greater than your ad slot income you’re in good shape.

In summary this article should be a great tool when used towards your traffic and SEO efforts. Online income is great as can be the work involved and there’s no scientific formula to attracting business, just what’s been working thus far and sometimes with a little twist.

Many people spend years building home-based MLM/Network Marketing Business only to find they have exchanged their business suit and corporate Hamster Wheel for a sweat suit and an MLM Hamster Wheel.

Whether to supplement or replace income, to prepare for retirement, or to improve overall quality of life, the reason people start home-based businesses, or any business for that matter, is MONEY. With this in mind, it is scary how many people enter into Independent Marketer agreements without FULLY UNDERSTANDING their compensation structure.

With home-based businesses at an all time high, Network Marketing Companies popping up everywhere, all boasting the best compensation plans and the most liberal policies and procedures.  In all the excitement, people are more focused on celebrities who have thrown their hat in the MLM ring, rather than the fact that these are real contracts which will have real effects on their real businesses and their real lives. These agreements cannot be handled as if they were software downloads where the “I AGREE” button is clicked because it is the only way to get to the next page?

Away from the internet, one would never affix their signature to a document which has not been read. Why then, when signing on to a Network Marketing Company, do so many think nothing of clicking the box without reading and fully understanding to what they are agreeing? I cannot say this loudly enough, “CLICKING THE BOX IS THE SAME THING AS PHYSICALLY SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE.” Doing so without reading the document creates exposure to:

• Forfeiture of right to litigation in a court of law. (Even if the company is wrong!)
• A compensation plan so heavily in favor of the company that the marketer will never be able to achieve their income goals, and so confusing the marketer would have no idea if they are even being compensated accordingly
• The company’s ability to exercise, at their discretion, (which means they DO NOT need a reason), their right reject the marketer’s annual renewal resulting in the loss of the marketer’s business.

The injustices are unbelievable.  I cannot begin to tell you how many heartbreaking horror stories I have heard. The names change, the companies change, but the devastation remains the same.

Now, in all fairness these plans and policies are generally so convoluted and confusing that one would need to be an attorney, or darn close to it, to have half a chance at gaining even a basic understanding of all that it means. In general, I have found that the longer the document, the more availability there is to bury these unfavorable conditions which are so heavily weighted against the marketer. (The fairest policy document I’ve ever seen had only 3 pages!).

When reviewing these documents, there are three major questions which must be answered in order to ensure you are entering an agreement where success is possible and that you will be treated fairly under the law.  They are:

1. How many people are needed in the business in order to generate the desired amount of residual income? (I once joined a Network Marketing company which required 2,500 people in my business in order to achieve my residual income goal of $10k per month!)  —   This happens all the time. Let’s face it, is the up-line going to share stories about their unverifiable riches and the people they know who just received their new Mercedes Benz, or are they going to tell their prospects about the 2,500 people needed? (Ultimately, I joined a company that only required 400 people in the business to reach that same level of residual income!)
2. What does the policy state regarding the marketer’s income if they are unable to produce for any period of time? (Many policies do not allow for vacations or sick time. If the marketer does not produce each and every month then they lose their income for that month and oftentimes their entire business).
3. What is the policy regarding the marketer passing their business on to their heir? (Watch out for policies that require the heir to complete an Independent Marketer agreement and fulfill the same obligations of the marketer; grow the business or lose it.) — Now, I don’t know about you, but I cannot imagine anyone who would fall in line to inherit my business doing what I do. So what does this mean? It means that the company would become the heir to your hard earned business.

Often time individuals will act like stockholders with portfolios that have lost its value with no chance of recovery. They understand there is no practical reason to hang on to it, but if they sell stock they accept loss.  So, rather than putting an end to the painful situation, they continue to hold on to something of little or no value rather than letting go and creating the vacuum for something greater to enter that space. There is no shame in making a mistake and going down a wrong path. The only shame is in wasting more time continuing down that wrong path because of some misplaced loyalty to the individual who introduced them to the business.

Through experience, I have learned that the most common reason people fail in business is the lack of proper education. Does anyone know of a good homebased job oportunity? ?

I am disabled due to cancer so it is hard for me to find anyone who will hire me. I have looked into all sorts of Mlm Programs but since my family is small, I have few friends, and I do not like to go door to door (metaphorically) there are not too many options that I know of. I am a great sales person IF the customer comes to me. It is just me going to them that is hard.

You can create an Online Counseling Service. This will keep you at home, and plus, sometimes potential clients may feel more open to talk when it’s not face to face. They can take the time to write/type out their feelings, rather than try to come up with the words in a session at an office.

You can teach a basic Windows course to elderly, or others that need the education and have a classroom setting at your home.

Selling on Ebay can make you some money too. Especially if you do it for a Wherehouse Company, or a “Direct Buy” company. There are Ebay courses you can take that will teach you how to do this. I went to one of the seminars one time and it was very intriguing!

Is MLM the right choice to attract sales reps?

My company has started a new virtual computer service named VNBS and has taken a look at attracting independent sales reps by offering a MLM program. Is this the way to go? The website address for the service is www.vnbsnow.com.

I agree, but there are some legit MLM’s out there. The distributor channel is the way to go- it is the most cost effective way for companies to distribute products to the masses b/c they rely on the network marketers to advertise so they save money on corporate advertising.

I refer travel and it is really the easiest thing I have ever done- it just requires education, training, and the ability to stick with something if you’re serious about it. I have been doing this full time for 6 months and the freedom is incredible.

It is a good idea and should work for you all if the product/service is easy to move… good luck!
