There is an important lesson to be learned from traditional business that can be applied to Network Marketing.

I’d like to discuss 10 key benefits Why Mlm programs are great businesses. Use these benefits to promote your MLM Program and to recruit anyone in your organization.

1. Small amount of risk:

There is a certain amount of inherited risk involved when you become an entrepreneur.

We are confronted with losing money, wasting time, not being in profit right away, etc. In a traditional brick and mortal business, the startup cost associated with opening that business is what holds many people back from becoming the creators of their own destiny.

People do not like risk and try to avoid it by all means. We’d like a “guaranteed bet” and stay within “our safe zone”. In business, you don’t eliminate risks you learn to minimize them.

The advantage of starting an MLM Program is that there is a small risk to get started. With a couple of hundred dollars, it is possible to get started with a company of your choice, marketing products that you consume already. The amount of financial commitment is insignificant compared to that of traditional business.

• Would I still consume these products/services if there were no opportunity to market them?

Every business needs repeat customers. Distributors only get paid when they have consumers for their products and when these customers continue that consumption, then that creates the money flow.

I am sure that you pay your gas, your electricity, and your phone bill every single month. These are the types of services that for the most part provide an ongoing stream of residual income for these companies.

Multi Level Marketing?

Recently a friend of mind had asked me to join a Multi Level Marketing Business(www.dchl.org) under him. His point is t’s still very new in circulation and its very easy to get people to join under me. I know the strategy of a Mlm Business and how does it work but my question is wheteher it is trustable? What is the success rate of MLM business or the people who joined them? If its so easy to make money then why don’t everybody join it? When does it ends (everything that begins have an ending).? If I’ve reached certain level which promises a huge amount of payment every month through the network,will it be forever? Please help me…

I would not say it is necessarily easy money, it takes work just like any other job, you just work for yourself and your success will mainly hinge at first on the amount of effort you are willing to put in. I would also say it is not easy to get people to join under you either when you first start. It’s like any other business. You can’t expect to open shop and have thousands, even a couple of hundred people flocking to your door the minute you start. It takes time to develop a good customer base. Many people do join because they are told how easy it is instead of the truth, but then they fail due to lack of support and the other things I have mentioned already.

Don’t be misled by the promise of a huge amount of money every month. If you didn;t have a bad feeling about this venture, you would not have asked the question here on answers. You are a smart cookie. You asked if you reach a certain level, will the money be forever? In some companies yes, in some companies no. It depends on the compensation plan and policies and procedures. Some P&P’s require that you continue to work your business forever in order to receive continued payments. Most people don’t read the P&P’s.

Would I get involved in network marketing knowing all of this? Yes, and I am in a MLM now, but it is not that simple either… you have to know what to look for. Can you become very successful in an MLM? Yes. Just get educated first.
