Mindset and belief is the first part of the equation. Do you believe your current occupation? If you don’t believe in it, it will be difficult to lead others. The third piece of the equation is actions. Most importantly you need to be involved with is “exposure.” Marketing and prospecting are the two key activities you must be accomplishing. What tools and systems are you using to market your business and eventually your products and services? Knowing that prospecting is the #1 activity that leads to revenue, it’s up to you to become proficient at it. Knowing that you must prospect to earn money, you can choose to either recruit up, or recruit down.

Talking to “your broke friends,” or poorly-qualified Internet “suspects” takes you down the socio-economic chain where you will meet with the most skepticism and resistance. Many people are afraid of “recruiting up,” although once they try it, soon discover it to really be the path of least resistance. “Professional” people or those in a higher socio-economic class have money and more often recognize a good business opportunity when they encounter it.

Would you rather have a realtor in your home business or someone who earns minimum wage by flipping burgers? A realtor sells for a living, calls on people, works independently for commissions and is a risk taker. A minimum wage earner does menial tasks, punches in and out, makes minimum wages and takes no risks. This should be a no-brainer for your own MLM recruiting focus.

New marketers often don’t see the opportunity before their very eyes. As stated by Todd, “the eyes cannot see the things they are not prepared to see.” What would you business be like if you were to contact a realtor whenever you spot a listing in front of a house? Pick up the phone. “Hi Jan, I just saw your listing. I’m an entrepreneur expanding my business in the area. Do you at all keep your options open beyond what you now do in your real estate business?” If “yes,” set an appointment and get your prospecting tool in their hands. You should consider also contacting other professionals to include mortgage brokers, insurance agents, small business owners, sales professionals, and managers.

Mlm Review Of Narc That Car: Legit Or Scam? You Be The Judge

A Facebook friend of mine introduced me to a relatively New Mlm Business Opportunity over the weekend called Narc That Car. This is a very basic concept of collecting license plate numbers and the location of where the vehicle was spotted, and putting that information into a database.

Why? Narc Technologies’ primary focus is to help lien holders identify the location of vehicles that have been placed under lien so that the team from “Operation Repo” can pay them a visit. Also to help law enforcement in case of Amber Alerts or to help locate other folks who may have skipped town or not reported to their probation/parole officer.

The Pros

Some of the factors that may bring people to this opportunity is that it is very simple. Anyone that can read and write that is over the age of 18 can do it. There aren’t any complications of products or inventory and they even take duplicate entries of these plates. There is also no competition in the market place. There are a lot of people who are getting involved in Narc That Car right now and seeing very nice returns for doing very little work of entering 10 license plates into the data base every month and introducing this opportunity to other people.

The Cons

The biggest con of this business opportunity is that Network Marketing is built around retail sales and in this case, there are none. Does this mean that it is a scam? I can’t really say that, but in order to create a substantial revenue, the focus is to recruit as many people as you can rather than selling product or retail sales. This could be a case of Narc That Car ending up making as much money as they can right now and then selling their data base to another company and disappearing but only time is going to tell if this is the case.

Why I Decided Not To Join

The first thing I asked myself was, “How would I feel?” How would I feel if I saw someone writing down my, my daughters, my sisters, my moms license plate number? To tell the absolute truth, there would at the very least probably be some words exchanged and someone may even catch a beat down. (Sorry, that’s just how I feel)

As far as the business aspect, I tend to stay away from opportunities that have not been around for a certain amount of time. It is a fact that over 80% of new Mlm Companies do not last within 2 years of their launch date.

Look, the point of this review is not to sway you in any way whether or not you should get involved with Narc That Car. You’re grown and you can make your own informed decision. If you decide to take that step or you are already involved in this business opportunity, I wish you nothing but success and I would encourage you to take the time to learn how to market your opportunity effectively so that you can get the best results from what you are doing.

Like so many MLM companies, this one is no different in the fact that they do not provide a duplicatable system for their distributors. You want to sponsor as many people as possible to reach your full income potential. Going through your friends and family is probably not going to be enough to get the results that you are looking for. Alpine V charges no distibutor fees to get involved with the company. New distributors are only required to purchase 2 bottles of the product. The compensation plan is a uni-level that goes an impressive 10 levels deep, and pays out an equally impressive 55%. Distributors are eligible for a variety of bonuses early on, which creates quick cash flow. To insure that maximum commissions are earned by the hard working distributors, the pay plan features forced compression and a shared breakage bonus.

In conclusion, Alpine V is an exciting company with a possible fatal flaw. Almost no mlm company that features only one product succeeds for the long term. Alpine V will have to add products on a routine basis to survive in such a competitive industry. Also, distributors will have to learn how to leverage the Internet to recruit prospects. Seven Ways to You!

There are many ways to lose your sense of self-esteem and your sense of yourself. We are faced with problems everyday?many of which are beyond our ability to solve. And, sometimes, our self-esteem takes a hit. We get frustrated because we can’t fix the problem. But whatever happens, we should all try not to lose our own sense of self and what is really important.

But how do we find our sense of self in the first place? So what does it take to be a cut above the rest? What can we do to get back on track? Can a week really make a difference? Try staring with these seven exercises. You’ll be surprised at how your outlook will change!

1. Know your purpose. Are you wandering through life with little direction - hoping that you’ll find happiness, health and prosperity? Identify your life purpose or mission statement. This mission statement should be your guiding compass. When you get off course, remember your mission statement and it will lead you to your truth north every time.

2. Know your values. What do you value most? Make a list of the top five things you value the most. Some examples are security, freedom, family, spiritual development, learning. As you set your goals- check your goals against your values. If the goal doesn’t align with any of your top five values - you may want to reconsider it or revise it.

3. Know your needs. Unmet needs can keep you from living authentically. Your basic needs: shelter, food, clothing must be met first?otherwise all your effort (conscious and subconscious) will be devoted to trying to meet these basic needs.

4. Know your passions. Do you know who you are and what you truly enjoy in life? Obstacles like doubt and lack of enthusiasm can hinder you. Decide what you truly want and do not let anything derail your chance to become the person you want to be. Express yourself and think about people that inspire you.

5. Live from the inside out. Increase your awareness of your inner wisdom by regularly reflecting in silence. Breathe deeply to quiet your distracted mind. For most of us it’s hard to even find the peace and quiet we want even in our own home. In my case I often just sit in a dimly lit room and play some classical music. Sometimes, the only quiet place is the bathroom! Try to find that quiet place to think and reflect, even if it is only for a few minutes.

6. Capitalize on your strengths. What are your positive traits? What special talents do you have? List three. If you get stuck, ask those closest to you to help identify these. Are you imaginative, witty, good with your hands? Find ways to express your authentic self through your strengths. You can increase your self-confidence and help others when you share what you know.

7. Serve others. When you live authentically, you may find that you develop an interconnected sense of being. When you are true to who you are, living your purpose you will find that giving of your talents to the world around you comes naturally. You give back by serving others. The rewards for sharing your gifts with others are immeasurable.

Self-improvement is indeed one type of work that is worth it. The difference between leading a routine life and the life we have dreamed of lies within ourselves and our ability to continually change for the better. You have to start somewhere and these seven ideas should help you get the ball rolling.

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is a kind of pyramid scheme where you earn money not only on your sales but on the sales of the people you recruit under you, and the people they recruit who are essentially under you. Many of the products sold under these schemes are common items like soap and detergent. These products have already reached market saturation. Multi-level marketing operates based on recruiting unsalaried salespeople who hope to make extra income on the side. In order to be successful in these schemes, you really need to recruit many people under you, and those people need to sell a lot of goods. In reality, such schemes aren’t successful because profit is generated only if a lot of products are sold.

During the initial meeting with a recruiter of Multi-Level Marketing, you are told that if you just recruit 5 people under you per month, and they do the same, you will make a large amount of money. However, in doing the math, if you recruit 5 people, and each of those people recruit 5 people, this equals 25 people. If those 25 people recruit 5 people, that is 125, etc. If this continues, the population of the entire world will be under you in around one year. Therefore, it is very impractical.

Mode of Operation and Warning Signs :
If an unknown person approaches you in a common place like a mall, Wal-Mart, etc., and is over friendly with you and starts a conversation like:
“Hey, that’s a nice shirt.”
“Want to make some extra money?”
“We are looking for bright students like you.”
“This is a great business opportunity.”
“I guarantee you financial freedom.”
“You can make millions.”
“How about earning a few thousand dollars without getting distracted from your current full-time job?”
“I am currently expanding in Chicago. We have teams all over the U.S. and abroad.”

You should enter the conversation with suspicion in such cases. (Even though every person that does this may not be involved with MLM firms.)

They use these phrases to break the ice, eventually hoping to get your telephone number. They will call you after few days and try to set up a meeting to discuss his business plan. He will never mention of his firm in his initial conversation, and he will drive you to an open meeting. In this meeting, there will be lots of people who will howl and clap crazily. Once the meeting starts, a speaker will explain how people lose their money in conventional chains of production company to retail sellers. Then he will start to show the BIG DREAMS to the audience. The meeting audience will mostly consist of IBOs. There are only a few people meet IBOs in malls and other places. Therefore, apparently, the speaker targets only the new people sitting in the front row.

Towards the end, you will hear the company name “XYZ” for example in his speech. He will try to explain in cult language that your job will not give you financial freedom; therefore, the only way to financial freedom is joining XYZ! Once the meeting is over, your IBO will drive you home and try to sign you up. Signing is not free. It will cost you $50. This is a yearly fee. Here is the moment of BIG THINKING. You are totally skeptical. In some cases, your best friend is trying to recruit you. Most people join this business because they trust their friends or relatives. They don’t see XYZ for what it is. If they are new to the country, it is a very confusing and challenging experience.

Tips :
Here are few tips to those who find themselves in any of the above situations: Don’t take into account that it’s your friend or relative who’s trying to recruit you. Only consider that it’s MLM firm, the business they are talking about. In most cases your friend/relative doesn’t know much about it and is just trying to get you on board.

Do some research on the internet and study these companies. Study blogs related to the MLM firm and experiences shared by former IBOs who have ended their life in this business.
*You can also ask people who are not in this business. Ask people especially who have lived in the U.S. [or place where firm situates] a long time.
*Prepare some questions to ask the friend or relative who is trying to recruit you. You probably won’t get direct answers. You will get lots of questions and other non-related stuff, which should make you more skeptical.
