I was contacted recently to join monavie by someone in Orrin Woodwards business. I have been doing research on the internet and it looks like monavie is not that credible of a company. Everything I read suggests that most of the leaders were paid to bring their groups over from other mlm’s. Also, Orrin was terminated from Quixtar and sued them as they did not have any retailable products, yet when I compare the juice from monavie to similar juice in stores it is WAY more expensive and monavie only has one product compared to thousands that amway sells. Where is the disconnect here? Is monaive and orrin’s business worth getting involved in?

I recollect when I joined my first Network Marketing Business and I was told to create a list of names of folks that I would partner with in my venture. I gave it a lot of consideration before I listed anyone down because I didn’t want to make any mistakes. THey told me that in my next level I would need a bunch of new people. SInce the second level paid more commissions I didn’t want to waste my best choices on my first level.
Holy! Can you tell what an eye opener to MLM my first two years were? I learned that just because someone says they want more from life than an 9 to 5 job doesn’t mean that they are serious about change simply because they join a Network Marketing / MLM Home Based Business. DUring the past decade I discovered that the quality people will come to you over time though they may not join your business frontline below you. I also learned that the folks you thought would tear it up didn’t and the ones you thought would drop out became MLM warriors.
I went through a time in my Network Marketing career where I believed if I sponsored people and then gave them to people, I thought would get motivated and explode their venture once they had some success. I learned that was a delusion - if a person was not willing to do the work then I could not make the person succeed - they had to not just want it but be willing to work. I recall calling other peoples’ leads and recruiting while they listened and that worked for a while but there were a bunch that started emailing me their contacts and said they would try to be on the call but they may not be as they had family stuff happening. I found myself with a job and they found a recruiter - they got paid the commissions and I got the frustrations.
I invested tons on the phone giving private one on one training trying to help someone overcome phone fear only to obtain an email saying they quit. Let me summarize on building your Network Marketing / MLM Home Based Business - don’t make my mistakes. If the people you sign up, don’t want to invest in themselves don’t bother. Investr your time with the ones in your team that are focused on winning not whining.. You are in business for yourself and you really do get to choose who you work with. You are not paid an hourly wage to help those that don’t want to help themselves.
Two skills you must have to be a tremendous success are lead generation and recruiting. I caution you your success is not about you becoming the teacher of these two skills. Use proven systems that instruct your people how to do it without you investing all of your time with folks that could simply acquire what they need to know from an easy to follow system. Systems are fantastic as they can work around the clock. You still can act as a resource, yet your day is not consumed with one or two people. You are freed up to create more time leveraging activiites to grow your business.
