Growth Plan Mlm
Circular Logic and Compensation Plans: MLM, affiliate marketing, and much more
At the time of this writing, Multi-level Marketing is more than 50 years of age. It's really amazing that this business model has survived absurd, and even experienced incredible growth, over an extended period time.
On the surface, this business has great appeal. Many people are attracted to the idea of selling quality products and the distribution of a lucrative opportunity with their friends and neighbors.
But once you take a good hard look at the nuts and bolts of how 99% of these so-called "opportunities" the intention that you pay for your efforts, much of the original action goes right down the drain. It is quite common for a MLMer to sell a $ 50 bottle of herbal tonic and make only a few dollars for them.
A big reason for this is the complex structure of most marketing programs network. The money is divided between the parties so different that it is difficult to eke out a decent profit of a retail operation.
For example, you could sell a bottle of super tonic its program at $ 50, but three of their upline sponsors must get their share of the benefits before receiving payment. And of course, there is at least a "Heavy Hitter" in your upline tree reaching to claim some kind of "over-ride 'bonus, which means most of the money generated goes into another pocket.
And let's not forget the "smart launch a 'option to incorporate many MLMs in its structure payment. In this scenario, the first sale of a member is credited to your immediate upline.
I have looked in many compensation plans that require a member to retail of about $ 200 in product before it can qualify for a commission. In other words, if they fall below the monthly fee even for a few dollars, they are not pay!
The solution to this dilemma, according to the sponsors always jovial and team leaders?
Just buy the minimum amount of product itself so that each sale you make generates real commission. And then, of course, you are instructed to encourage all those relating to the company to do the same.
How reasonable do not you think?
Of course it's ideal to use and believe in a product that is trying to sell. But buying $ 200 in vitamins or cream face every month just so you can benefit from its borders in the idiot dealer commissions, in my opinion.
If the potential for monetary gains were significant in most cases might have a different attitude. But more often than participants in a Mlm System are paid 10% or less of the money generated for the program.
In essence, the owners of the business and professional network marketers that have helped them launch their business are keeping most of the money created by sales activity and the referral of its members.
You do not need to join an online business opportunity to put money in the pockets of someone else. That is what is in a JOB.
The web is full of affiliate programs that pay their members a good percentage for each successful transaction. There is absolutely no reason to settle for some sort of false MLM system asks you to work out of the queue for pennies on the dollar.
