MLM Income: Don’t Be Lured In By “Quick Money”..
The fact is that Mlm Companies use distributors to market for them for a reason. To generate more sales volume. Therefore the distributor should get paid ONLY when they create more sales volume for the company.
Now why do I bring this up? What does this have to do with finding the Best Mlm Company?
I mention this issue because it ties in with a common problem I see in many companies today. There is an overwhelming amount of people that get sponsored and are left out to dry. This is caused single handedly by one fact…
The pay will determine the focus!
If a company pays only or much more for recruiting people, then where do you think a distributor will spend their time? That’s right, recruiting . Now just to clarify, there is absolutely nothing with sponsoring but a rep should be paid to help the newest person MOVE VOLUME, not just for sponsoring them.
This hurts the company because they are paying people for something that does not move their product into the market place. This hurts the distributor because he is often left out in the cold to “figure it out” all by themselves.
Yes, you will get paid money right away in these kinds of companies for signing people up, but ultimately this is shooting yourself in the foot. If you cant train them to move volume you don’t deserve to be paid! You should only be paid on your ability to help them become successful.
I know there will be those that argue that “you need fast money to fund your business” and I do not disagree. Your company should have an incentive for moving volume fast. There can still be fast money but it is the source of that money that makes all the difference.If you are looking for the best Mlm Company, find one that does not pay at all for simply signing someone up.
It will safeguard you from misrepresentation by “rebel” or greedy distributors who sponsor all and train none. It’s not about what you would do, its about what someone could do that gets involved with the same company.
