Mlm Recruiting Techniques

Is Your Mlm Recruiting Method Crushing Your Chances
THIS IS NOT A MONAVIE SALES PITCH. Traditional Mlm recruiting methods are prevalent in most Network Marketing Companies, but there are better options. Admittedly, there are many ways to recruit for your mlm, both offline and online, paid and free, face to face or through telephone lines or computer lines. But when it comes to Mlm Recruiting Systems there are 2 basic systems of gaining new prospects.
The ideologythat nearly all network marketing companies teach is to present the company, the products, and the pay plans. It is basically a way of mlm recruiting that emphasizes developing people skills and ultimately sales skills. You are told tomeet and talk with strangers, create interest sparking remarks that will get the interest of people you casually meet, and build relationships or connections. Now, I am not saying these methods do not work, all of these are great skills to have. However, most people do not have those skills or is comfortable with approaching people daily to sell a product, program, company, or copmensationplan.
In truth, mlm recruiting this way requires a great deal of fortitude and constantly obeyingthe old rule of thumb “spread the wordeverywhere you go and to everyone you know”. The professional users of these methodscan get intensely rich in a short amount of time, but most people cannot usually accomplish the same. The masters usually also end up setting up home meetings and meeting with dozen at a time. If you are a socialite that loves being the star in the front of the room then, by all means, throw yourself into this method. You will also become a leader and a guide to your team and show them the ropes and encourage them constantly to continued action.
While still exercising the same mlm recruiting technique of pitching the company, product, and compensation plan there are unlimited ways of gathering leads and you don’t necessarily need to hold house meetings and chase your friends and family. You can learn to advertise and market on the web or offline. Get people that are interested in the general “make extra money from home” idea and then get back with them and get them to go to your information, follow up, do three ways with your upline, and ultimately close the sale. We could discuss all types of marketing here but this discussion is more about the styles that people use for mlm recruiting.
The major problem with this mlm recruiting technique is that it puts you into a difficult position. Just by virtue of this system you are now chasing the potential recruit, presenting, and getting them to jump through hoops and finally signing up. You could attempt to operate from a position of detachment but at some level you NEED to recruit them into your opportunity while they in turn do not need your oportunity or you. You get into the habit of call, call, call and after each NO response your response is Next, Next, Next…
A different method of mlm recruiting is more of an attraction marketing system. This mlm recruiting method gets people to pursue you and what you have to offer instead of the other way around. This gets people WANTING to go through that system and get all the information on their own. Think where this ends up, what if your prospects would take it all upon themselves to go through a proven system and get all the details on their own and actually email you with a few questions, OR MAYBE EVEN JUST SIGN UP WITH OUT EVEN TALKING TO YOU. That is the power of attraction marketing and an attraction marketing system.
