Mlm Scripts - What Are The Best Mlm Scripts To Use?

MLM scripts are used for one purpose, and one purpose only - sorting.  Many people in MLM and Network Marketing think they need to convince, sell, and bribe people to join their downlines.  However, this absolutely is NOT the case.

It’s important to first realize why you want to use a script - reason being because you are trying to match a message to a market.  The is the whole key to marketing - when you have a market that needs what you have, and you then supply them with a message that is appealing and offers a solution, then you have a successful business.  In fact, when you have a proper match of message to market, it becomes very difficult to NOT become successful.

So you use a script to test messages that are appealing to your market - if you are using a targeted lead source (which you should) then you want to use a script to test your response rate.  Your response rate is defined by:

The number of people who responded to your message divided by the number of total people that were exposed to your message.

In math terms, it looks like this:

RESPONDERS / TOTAL NUMBER OF POTENTIAL RESPONDERS

This will give you a percentage.  You want to shoot for a 3% - 5% response rate with your script.

Most marketing mediums run lower response rates, but when you using a script on the phone (or in person if you have your script memorized) you can drastically increase that number based on your skill set.

So what is the best type of MLM script to use?

You want to use a script that follows the following format:

  1. Incorporates AIDA - These psychological elements stand for Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action.  Briefly put, you want to get your prospects attention, hold their interest, get them desiring your solution, and then get them to take action.
  1. Sorts - You do NOT want to convince or sell  your prospect .  You simply want to make them an offer for more information, promise a benefit in exchange for their time.  This format will sort those who are interested in what you have to offer from those who are not.
  1. Leads With The Product Or Service - Your script should offer information that pertains to the benefits of your product or service - not your opportunity.  The “lead with greed” mentality does not serve you in building a long-term, sustainable business.  Lead with the benefits of your product and service, then CLOSE with your opportunity.

If you utilize this format in your MLM scripts, you’ll be well on your way to building an effective organization that will have a replicable tool to use with their own business-building efforts.
